WordCraft is a free-to-play mobile game. By playing the game or installing it on your phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Use of the service: The services, information, and imagery provided by WordCraft are for entertainment purposes only. You may use this service only for its intended purposes. The Services may only be used by persons who agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service and (a) are at or above the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, or (b) are between the ages of 13 and the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, who have the consent and are under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian, who also agrees to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you (and your parent or legal guardian as applicable) do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use or install WordCraft.
Access to Services: There is no guarantee of access to the services. We may revoke a user's access to our game services, in full or in part, at any time, for any reason. We have no obligation to provide you with any support or maintenance in connection with WordCraft.
License to Use Content: By using this service, you grant to WordCraft, Infinite Canvas Creation, Inc., and any affiliated parties a perpetual, worldwide, no-charge, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, and create derivative works of, any content created by you or generated by our service in response to your interactions with the service for any purpose. The scope of this usage includes both continued usage and reissue within the context of the service, as well as promotional material on other platforms. This includes but is not limited to: custom levels, neighbor names and descriptions, generated neighbor images, and generated avatar images.
Ownership of Generated Content: Subject to the above license, as well as any current law that may apply, you own all assets that you create by using the service. If you use any such content outside of the scope of the service, you must credit WordCraft as the source of said content. You may not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer such content except as specifically allowed by functions within the service.
Prohibited Content: You may not use WordCraft to generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or that infringes the rights of any third party or that does not comply with any applicable law or regulation. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is discriminatory, pornographic, or promotes violence. You warrant and represent that you will not do any of the foregoing. Doing so may lead to permanent revocation of access to the WordCraft, at our sole and absolute discretion. We will comply with any reporting requirements as required by law.
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any damages or losses that result from your use of WordCraft. If you knowingly infringe the intellectual property of any person or company, in the generation of any companions or other prompts, all liability for such infringement falls upon you.
Release: You release and forever discharge Infinite Canvas Creation, Inc. (and our officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns) from, and hereby waive and relinquish, each and every past, present and future dispute, claim, controversy, demand, right, obligation, liability, action and cause of action of every kind and nature (including personal injuries, death, and property damage), that has arisen or arises directly or indirectly out of, or that relates directly or indirectly to, WordCraft (including any interactions with, or act or omission of, other WordCraft users).

IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU HEREBY WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542 IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREGOING, WHICH STATES: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.”
DISCLAIMER: WORDCRAFT IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS” AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. INFINITE CANVAS CREATION, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO WORDCRAFT.
Changes to the Service: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue WordCraft at any time, without notice.
Changes to the Terms of Service: We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes made will be posted on this page, and the revised Terms of Service will be effective immediately upon posting.
Copyright Policy: Infinite Canvas Creation, Inc. respects the intellectual property of others and asks that users of WordCraft do the same. In connection with WordCraft, we have adopted and implemented a policy respecting copyright law that provides for the removal of any infringing materials and for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users of WordCraft who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, including copyrights. If you believe that one of our users is, through the use of WordCraft, unlawfully infringing the copyright(s) in a work, and wish to have the allegedly infringing material removed, the following information in the form of a written notification (pursuant to 13 U.S.C. § 512(c)) must be provided to our designated Copyright Agent: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work(s) that you claim to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material on our services that you claim is infringing and that you request us to remove; (4) sufficient information to permit us to locate such material; (5) your address, telephone number, and e-mail address; (6) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the objectionable material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or under the law; and (7) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are either the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please note that, pursuant to 13 U.S.C. § 512(f), any misrepresentation of material fact (falsities) in a written notification automatically subjects the complaining party to liability for any damages, costs and attorney’s fees incurred by us in connection with the written notification and allegation of copyright infringement.
